Custom Design Project Reservation Fee

Design Reservation – $100
A non-refundable Design Reservation is required before work begins. This retainer secures your place in J'Tan LLC's production schedule and covers the initial consultation, design phase, including concept development, design sketches, and project planning sourcing. The reservation fee will be credited toward the total cost of your custom project. This fee is separate from material costs, material sourcing fees, garment construction, embellishment, and any additional design or labor services required throughout the project. Payment of the design reservation fee, confirms the intent to move forward with the custom design process and allows J’Tan LLC to begin work according to the project timeline outlined in the approves design proposal.
