What sizes do your swimwear come in?
- Our swimwear is currently available in sizes S to XL. However, we are committed to inclusivity and are actively working to expand our size range to accommodate all sizes and body types. Please stay tuned for updates on our expanded size range!
How do I know what size to order?
- All our items run true to size, so we recommend choosing the size you typically wear. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the best fit.
What is your return/exchange policy?
- At this time, all sales are final. However, if you encounter any issues with your garment, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@shopjtan.com for assistance. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
How do I care for my swimwear?
- To keep your swimwear looking its best, we recommend hand washing it in cold water with a mild detergent and laying it flat to dry. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, and never use bleach.
Do you offer international shipping?
- At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, we are continuously exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Please allow up to 10 days for us to process your order. After processing, your package will be shipped, and delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days within the United States. Since each item is handmade with care, we appreciate your patience and assure you that we are doing our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
