Domestic Shipping

We offer domestic shipping within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Please note that each item is handmade to order, and our processing time is a minimum of 10 days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

No Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and the fact that each item is handmade to order, we have a strict no return policy. If there are any issues with your garment, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

J’Tan LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. J’Tan LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs.
